Notification for Case Transfers
When a case is Transferred or Referred to another adviser they don't receive a notification and have to check Case Transfers. Could a notification be triggered for the new adviser to accept or, better still, an e-mail?

Would be really useful if the protection adviser receives a notification when a case has been referred to them by a mortgage consultant using the Refer functionality.
