I think the addition of a section in the KanBan with the title of Awaiting Clients (or something similar) would be beneficial. We often have matters where we are awaiting the clients to come back to us with information/documents before we can proceed. I am currently storing the clients in the Call Back section as this seems the most appropriate however it is not accurate.
