Display kanban by case not client
When you look at the Kanban, it looks a lot busier than necessary as each client is listed, not each mortgage application. So on a joint application, both applicants are listed for the one record.
Ideally it should be per mortgage, that would make sense for all of us monitoring applications - not individual clients.

I was told by Smartr no one else had raised this as an issue and then go and find this thread. Really hoping this is changed soon!

Kanban view can become very busy, and where most applications are joint, it would be good to see just one combined case for linked accounts.
IE J & J Bloggs instead of a block for each client -

Agreed the information tile used in Kanban should reference the lain client as secondary to the address being mortgaged
