    I have just spoken to Sesame about this after spending the whole week chasing up our pipeline clients to aknoweldge documents. No clients are doing it despite reminders and it is becoming a real chore to manage and mother people through it- harder even than it was with the Key when clients printed & signed documents and returned them! Smartr, this is especially important from an FCA/ Compliance perspective as it is effectively a digital signature on many documents. Weekly email reminders until the client views the documents would be perfect. Thanks.
