    I strongly agree that this change is critical. Transitioning to real-time email notifications eliminates the risk of human error and ensures we capitalise on introductions while the client's intent is highest, directly protecting both our revenue and our reputation with introducers.

    This is a much-needed feature for efficiency. Product Transfers should be a streamlined process, but currently, advisors and administrators have to manually copy information that the system already holds. Automatically populating the Term, Repayment Method, and Account Number would significantly speed up the 'Product Transfer' case creation and ensure smoother processing.
