  2. For completed Product Transfer cases, copy over certain fields from original mortgage case when the new remortgage case is created

    This is a much-needed feature for efficiency. Product Transfers should be a streamlined process, but currently, advisors and administrators have to manually copy information that the system already holds. Automatically populating the Term, Repayment Method, and Account Number would significantly speed up the 'Product Transfer' case creation and ensure smoother processing.
