For completed Product Transfer cases, copy over certain fields from original mortgage case when the new remortgage case is created
For PT Cases, on the remortgage case, copy over the repayment method, term, mortgage account number and original Lender from the original mortgage case.

We have found this to be really frustrating, we have to have 2 or 3 tabs open and cross reference the different cases - a simple tick box to allow pre population from previous closed cases would be an easy fix

This is a much-needed feature for efficiency. Product Transfers should be a streamlined process, but currently, advisors and administrators have to manually copy information that the system already holds. Automatically populating the Term, Repayment Method, and Account Number would significantly speed up the 'Product Transfer' case creation and ensure smoother processing.
