Email notification when a new introduction is made
When a new client is referred using the introducer system, an email notification is automatically sent to the adviser so they know immediately that a new client has been introduced and needs to be contacted as soon as possible.
This matters because speed is everything when dealing with new enquiries. The quicker an adviser makes contact, the better the client experience, the higher the conversion rate, and the stronger the relationship with the introducer.
Without an instant notification, referrals can sit unnoticed, leading to delays, lost business, and frustration for both the client and the referring partner.

Reducing the loan on re-mortgage
Reducing loan - additional borrowing/further advance can be added to case however there does not appear to be the ability to input sums being reduced from the existing loan for re-mortgage where the applicants may have a sum of money they wish to use to reduce the loan. Can this be added please?

Include these following fields, to be filled out by the client on the Homebuyer app as part of the Outgoings section after credit commitments

To add different parts to the same mortgage
When are you going to change the mortgage section so you can record different parts of the same mortgage onto one record. As you know many clients have 2,3,4 parts to their mortgage that have different loan amounts, rates, terms etc. The current system for doing this is useless.

Comment box in Self Employed section
Please can you put a comment or note box in the self employed section. There is one for the employment section but not one for the self employment section. This is required to note down any complex self employed incomes (for example foreign currency, overseas companies etc)

add 'not applicable' to Constituent Country
Have an option for 'not applicable' under 'consituent country'. The reason why is because we deal with lots of expats and applicants living overseas. Therfeore if I accidently click England for example its then stuch there and I have no way of removing it, even if the applicant is living in Japan.
