  1. Introduce the ability for advisors to customise the pre-set remortgage contact dates. This feature would allow advisors to set a preferred timeframe for all remortgage contact dates relative to the remortgage date.

    By enabling this customisation, aim is to reduce the need for manual adjustments, currently set to 6 months, streamlining the process for advisors.

  4. Mortgage term to reduce on mortgages. The term currently remains static, so when you key the term it never changes. Could the term be automatically reduced so that in 2 years time the term remaining has reduced by 2 years? Thanks

  9. You must have two coloumns in the proc fees. Gross as per the offer, Retention by the Club and the Net Recd. In this way at the end of the year we can see how much retention we have paid to the club/s as many clubs share 50% of the retention at the end of the year.

  11. You shouldn't be able to Not proceed a case so easily, human error dictates this is sometimes done in error and there is no going back. These cases should have the ability to be reopened (even if an explanation is needed). causes so much work to rekey and sort other stuff in the background - clients sometimes change their mind and if they come back we can't reopen cases

    In addition there should be are you sure you want to close this case Yes/ No options as at the moment there is no fail safe.

  18. When will you finally get the Needs and preferences screens pasted directly into the Suitability letters? The information regarding the rate and lender etc... is already mapped across but why not the additional boxes where we have to duplicate what we write in them and repeat when creating a suitability letter? I dont understand why this still hasnt been done as it would cut down the work required to create a suitability letter.

  19. When pulling through the information from Experian, it automatically fills in the address history. I have found that I am not able to source through eConveyaning as the country is not pulled through and in some cases I have 8 properties to change or delete if not relevant. Please can this be updated or changed?
