American formatting used for dates, used rather than Uk date

I have noticed that when I type the date, it is coming through in the American format. Eg. 08/06/23 is pulling through as Sun, 6 August 2023. Is there any way to change this please as its very confusing as we are not in America and do not format dates like this.

    It is only in certain areas. On the factfind, it is in the UK format (when manually typed), in other areas, such as the Tasks section, it is in the US format.
