  3. As the PT window has shortened, we feel flexibility should be given to firms to change the settings to pre populate the remortgage contact date to what works best for them rather than manually changing each case.

    Clients being prompted at 6 months prior we personally feel is too soon when some PTs cant be reviewed until 3-4 months before.

  6. Not a major issue however, the FF asks what the client would like to be known as i.e. Thomas Jones, prefers to be known as Tom. Then when the notification emails are sent it uses the full name (Thomas).

    This make the email less personal.

  7. we send out emails confiming 'Mortgage offer Issued' but then have to send out another one with the actual offer attached, it would be great to be able to attach the document to this email direct from the portal and customise the email sent to the client .Same with the suitability report, to be able to email it direct and have a log showing the client recieved it for compliance purposes

  8. our Director of Technology for KFH group and has raised a pretty valid point about the likelihood of clients who receive the auto-generated Time to Remortgage email which comes through from
    system@smartr365.com
    believing it may be a spam email and therefore deleting it without realising its genuinely from us. Tom has suggested that we may be able to ‘mask’ the email with a KFH one in Smartr. Are you able to confirm if that is actually possible and how we might go about doing it. I’m sure that it would require some discussion between your developers and our own IT…

  11. All the fonts in the populated email are different which looks very unprofessional. Even when i change the font via selecting all it only changes the text, not the pre populated tokens. We need consistency for these.

Schedule documents/notes/messages for example fact finds, case updates etc. I tend to work quite late in the evening when my baby is sleeping and I don’t want to send out any communication outside office hours. The system doesn’t allow us to schedule this which means I am restricted to working 9am – 5pm.

  15. Adding in the ability to schedule invitations or emails to clients, this way we can work outside of business hours but the clients will receive these invitations or emails at our s=chosen times.

  17. It would be fantastic if we could have the choice to choose another email template (mailchimp ones) from the automated/ pre populated. So having the drop down menu to choose another email, as if they make their own pre offer email, it is more work to go to cases to email that , where if we had the drop down it would make it a lot easier!

  18. For the emails sent out via the platform, it would be good if the subject lines included the brokerage name, so clients who receive the emails are aware of who it is coming from.

  20. Automated email to broker for when client uploads documents rather than button saying inform advisors, in case the client doesn't see this then the broker chases them for a document that is already in the system.
