Multiple FactFind Applicants
Just a quick request, would it be possible to update Smartr in the next release so that we can add more than two people on the fact find.
With affordability being a big issue, now more and more mortgages have three of four applicants now. Currently I must add the third and fourth applicant’s details in the notes section.128 votes -

Date of birth and age of dependants
Can we please add the full date of birth and the age of the dependants to the dependants screen? We can see how long they will be dependants but not their age.

Consumer BTL
The fact find needs to identify if a BTL property is Business BTL or Consumer BTL otherwise the sourcing could be incorrect.

Fact Find Email Chasers
Can we set up automated email chasers for clients to complete the Fact Find? In my opinion, these should be sent every 24 hours until the Fact Find has been completed.

There should be a prompt/warning when your recommended mortgage term is beyond the anticipated retirement age (Smartr has the client current age, anticipated retirement age in the factfind so should recognise that a 40 year old with a retirement age of 70 but a mortgage term of 35 years recommended is term into retirement)

Add living with partner to Fact Find
We have had a few cases lately where out clients live with their partner but are not party to the mortgage, but you have no option to select 'LIVING WITH PARTNER' ... Could this be added please

Ability to lock protection fact find to clients post application
We need to ensure the Protection Fact Find is not able to be edited by the client(s) post insurance product application. Currently they are able to amend their information which is leading to potential compliance issues.

Allow advisers to update client's employment status
Being able to amend the customers employment status once the customer or us has added it in. i.e customer inputs that they are employed and fills in all the other info but they are actually a self employed director. currently you have to delete the entry and redo it as self employed.

Credit Commitments Lender Name
Enable freetyping of the company name linked to the commitment. It is very common for the name not be an existing Lender or Provider and it not efficient to scroll down to Other and Free type from there. It is also not evident that Other is an option and allows freetyping so may lead to incorrect names being recorded

Vulnerable Customer questions in Additional Fields (Sesame)
There are currently 23 questions in Additional Fields but a large number only need to be completed if relevant. Make this section reflexive and display only the 5 main questions and the remainder if relevant to the answers provided in the main questions

Disposable Income Monthly
Why are student loans keyed on the credit commitments section dedicated from the net pay in the Disposable Income Monthly income? These are already reflected in the net pay. Its important to have this section and I quite like it as part of the commitmentss as this is where most lends ask for it but please could it be disconected from the disposable income?

Add filter for document types
It would be extremely useful to be able to Drag and Rearrange documents so we can bunch up Bank Statements, Payslips etc for quick review.

Dependents: the drop down menu, to say- clients confirmed No dependents. Otherwise it looks like you have just not asked
Dependents: There should be an option in the drop-down menu to indicate "clients confirmed no dependents." Otherwise, it appears as if the question has not been asked. This option would clearly show that you have verified they do not have any dependents. This is similar to the drop-down menu for insurance demand and needs, which includes the option "clients confirmed no active insurance policy in place."

Free format Soft Fact Finding section for Fact Find
I have always been told that soft fact finding is as important as hard fact finding. it would be really useful to have a free format text section as part of the fact find. (This information is not readily locatable in the notes section, which would be the other obvious place to put it).

Add option for Unencumbered properties
Can we have an option for unenecumbered properties. At the moment, I have to add £1 into the 'existing balance' section if I am creating a case for a new mortgage.
