Could you please design your system is a way that it won't ask unrelated questions:

I am working on a mortgage case where the property is mortgage free and we are raising equity. When I select at the mortgage section that it is a remortgage, the system assumes that the client has a mortgage already and asking me to put a figure in when I am submitting the ENBS otherwise leaving this blank it won't let me submit the ENBS.
I think the best solution would be to create an option as Remortgage-unencumbered property to raise capital so that section below ' current outstanding balance' can be left blank.
