Ongoing Frustrating issue
Hello. we have been facing an ongoing issue accessing clients' dated acknowledgement documents wherein they have acknowledged the documents as i can see in the notifications.
this is a known error to Smartr and I have been contacted by Dayan re this but i am still waiting to hear any resolution or any communication for that matter. this is infuriating as this is affecting our business and increasing our workload and creating a backlog!
there should be a way to communicate with the support team via a phone call
