The home insurance referral function is great - its very quick and easy to use, however it's extremely limited in functionality. On a joint applicant case we need the ability to select which client wants to be contacted. We also need the ability the cancel the referral in the system. I have referrals thare are still ongoing, even though the cases have completed and the clients have confirmed they have arranged insurance elsewhere. In these cases, I am having to log in to Paymentshield and do a live chat - which defeats the purpose of having the functionality in the system.
