Can you please look at adding:
1. THe Arrangement fee paid and amount to be added to the main summary page like you have done so with the LTV recently as this would be really handy
2. Please remove the need for a FOLLOW UP DATE Box - I have no idea why its there and its pointless and all we end up doing when sending a case in is putting the end date of the fixed rate scheme??
