Remove need to add an email address for second client
When a new lead comes in, you won't get the emails of both clients. I understand it's needed for a portal log in but most applicants share one log in and complete the FF together.
Currently we have to add a fake email to add the second client and then the fact find won't let them update it themselves.

I currently spend half my life explaining, 'yes I do need your partners full name, yes their own individual email, no I’m not going to call them but I need their number to set them up'.... it would be much better if I could set up the first client and then have them set up the 2nd client.

Can we remove the need for a second email address, or at least be able to add the same email to client 1 and client 2. We have clients that use a "family" email address and therefore the email is the same for both clients, yet we cannot use the same email. This needs to be amended please .
