GDPR Documents
When clients create an account, the GDPR documents (JM Consent Form and Openwork Data Protection Leaflet) are shown to them for them to acknowledge. However, this acknowledgement does not come through to the adviser side, the documents just get added to the document store with the 'Visible' tag enabled.
The adviser must enable the 'Acknowledgement' tab on these documents for the clients to then log back in and accept the documents for a second time. The date of acknowledgement then appears on the adviser side.
Please can the GDPR documents be automatically enabled for the 'Acknowledgement' so clients only have to accept these once?

I can now see the acknowledgement under the 'Company Document Acknowledgements', I didn't know about this previously!
So currently, when a client creates an account, they acknowledge the GDPR documents, but this doesn't show as 'acknowledged' in the document store where all documents are for the case, it only shows 'acknowledged' in the 'Company Document Acknowledgements'.
To avoid confusion, could the documents show as 'acknowledged' in both areas?

Can you not see the acknowledgement under your 'Company Document Acknowledgements' under document log?
