Medical Questionaire

Can we have a Medical Questionaire that can be sent to the client at an appropriate stage of the Protection Conversation? This will allow us to speak to providers in advance about any medical conditions, getting an idea of potential loadings / declines.

    Important . See so many wasted applications ( put in and see if it sticks) rather than take all circumstances etc and medical/ lifestyle/ occupation duties etc up front research best provider or providers first. Doing all up front saves everyone (Advisor, Admin, clients, providers, compliance) time. It is better for all concerned. I hate to see how many application's are rekeyed or NPW gone with another solution different provider or providers.
