Make it visually easier on the workflow to detect whether a protection opportunity exists for a case on a mortgage tile
It is currently difficult to quickly determine if a related Protection Opportunity exists or has been created when viewing the overall Mortgage Overview or workflow tile. This lack of visibility makes it challenging to manage cross-selling effectively.

To improve the process of tracking protection sales related to a mortgage case, implement one or both of the following:
Workflow Integration: Allow users to create a Protection Opportunity directly from the Mortgage Case workflow.
Visual Indicator: Add a symbol, tag, or distinct icon to the Mortgage Workflow tile/card that clearly indicates whether a Protection Opportunity has been pitched or created for that specific case.
