Automate the saving of Fact find pdf to Document Store
Hi team, i would like to ask whether it would be possible for the Document log to record the date & time when the fact find has been downloaded, or when downloaded for the fact find to be added automatically to document store. Same as when im creating Suitability report, mortgage illustration, evidence of research, fee agreement etc... all docs are added to the doc store and are logged in doc log automatically. however when i download fact find, this action is not logged in, as such it is hard for me to argue as per our compliance regulations that the fact find has been downloaded before i started to research options for the client. So unless the fact find is being added by myself manually, there is no trace and evidence of this to happen. it would be super helpful, it this is at least evidenced in the document log, even better once download button hit, ff will automatically be added to the doc store. many thanks
