Mailchimp and automation
It would be fantastic if we could have the choice to choose another email template (mailchimp ones) from the automated/ pre populated. So having the drop down menu to choose another email, as if they make their own pre offer email, it is more work to go to cases to email that , where if we had the drop down it would make it a lot easier!

Yes, in particular we want to amend the standard email for remortgage and currently there is no way of doing this. It is clunky to have to resend another email after the standard one has gone out. Thanks

Additionally the ability to email multiple clients at the same time. This would allow us to send surveys etc for feedback inline with our consumer duty requirements
