Notification of Incoming Email
If a client responds to an email we have to go into History and check which is impractical and they can be missed. Any incoming emails should generate a notification so we can see the email and respond/act immediately.

This is 100% required pointless having an email system that you're not notified of a reply. The expectation can't be that advisors need to check each case daily to see if theres any replies.
