Emails from Valuation & Offer / Update Emails are not showing in Notes
When you change the status of an application to 'Post Offer' a box appears as an email update to the client, which is pre-populated. We have the option to change this text and send the email. However, the body of the email does not show in the Notes - all is states is 'Email sent to XXXXXX on (04/04/2024) at (11:35)' which means we have to copy and paste the email sent from 365 into 365.
