    If you have the means to 'print to pdf', you could then upload the email

    Not keen on this idea. Emails are notoriously insecure. My preference, and this is how I am dealing with this issue, is to upload the document onto the portal and then inform the applicant of its location and request the appropriate action. This does mean being able to edit templates, of course, and others have requested this option

    I find that, nearly always, I have to edit the content of these 'automated emails'. I would like to be able to create my own version that more properly reflects the message I want to be read.
