Add attachments to application updates
Ability to add attachments to application updates. For example attach invoice to application submitted notification.

Not keen on this idea. Emails are notoriously insecure. My preference, and this is how I am dealing with this issue, is to upload the document onto the portal and then inform the applicant of its location and request the appropriate action. This does mean being able to edit templates, of course, and others have requested this option
