Two way email integration
Trying to send an email to two clients on a case with different names is slow as you have to search for them both separately on the cases view.
We need to be able to select both clients whilst in the case summary and choose a template or compose a case note if required.
It should be possible to send emails to more than just the clients through the system i.e. solicitors, estate agents and even for admin to email or cc the adviser into an email.
Should have the ability to cc other parties (where relevant) onto email sent through the Smartr system i.e. solicitors, brokers, sales negotiator.
Having the ability to pull emails back into Smartr365, or have the replied emails that come from Smartr365 to go back into the system too, like a CC into Smartr365 and also their emails.

Emails need to be customisable - These will never be used as are, as additional information is required. Changes are in line with compliance and Consumer Duty - Offer & Completion emails in particular.

Ability to adapt templates would be an improvement, ability to choose template to sent when updating case status would be ideal.

We should be able to upload our own templates for the automatic emails/messages on workflow.

This would be a useful feature to enable users to issue their own email templates within the system and particularly to use tailored messages as part of Workflow updates

I am always having to edit the templates so agree this would be a good change. It definetley needs improvement

It should also be possible to send an email to joint applicants together i.e. one email which is sent to both applicants at the same time rather than a duplicate of the same email being sent to them individually. This is restrictive and actually looks really unprofessional, as if we didn't realise they were buying together and sent the email as an afterthought to the second applicant!

Very Important - It will assist in Compliance

Agreed - within the system and without having to use MailChimp

I find that, nearly always, I have to edit the content of these 'automated emails'. I would like to be able to create my own version that more properly reflects the message I want to be read.

Good idea - just need to watch that the client can clearly see who emails are from ie not just from Smartr (in case it goes into Spam)

Currently to send an email to both clients on a joint app you have to search for them separately by name (easy if they have the same surname) then send email.
We need to be able to select both applicants at the same time to send the same email. Also its ridiculous that you can’t choose to email clients from within their own case -

We've been able to do this by setting up a Mailchimp account, it works really well.

This would be great, to keep all email communication to and from clients on their case in the system.
