new seller category
in the fact find it asks who the seller is. i.e local auth, normal, coal authority. can we have one for family?

And on the same subject, surely 'Normal' should be the category at the top of the list as it's far and away the most common and would make more sense.
Not done a lot of cases buying from the Coal Authority recently ;-)
