This is a very good idea. I find I need to let clients know i will be in contact again nearer the time, but that relies on us keeping a separate diary for contact, better if this were 'built-in' to the system itself.
To keep things simple there could be an option for 2 emails to go out, one at 6 mths and the next 2/3 mths later.. that would be a good solution.

Neil, this has been mentioned elsewhere for the last 5 years or more and yet nothing happens. For some reason it doesnt seem to be a priority.

And on the same subject, surely 'Normal' should be the category at the top of the list as it's far and away the most common and would make more sense.
Not done a lot of cases buying from the Coal Authority recently ;-)

100% agree with this suggestion - more autonomy for advisers deciding which questions they want in the FF and which ones they don't.

Great suggestion. Using the 'known as' field to grab the customers name for emails etc, makes perfect sense!
