  1. Being able to move COMPLETED mortgages into EXISTING in the fact find.

    Once a mortgage has completed in Smartr (after entering all that information into Smartr) it does NOT then show in existing mortgages. So you would have to manually input that data again into EXISTING mortgages in the fact find to have an up to date fact find. They should mirror each other.

  2. existing property - re-mortgage

    re-mortgage opportunity should be created when completing existing property details if re-mortgage expiry is in the future.

  4. Completed mortgages

    After status of a new mortgage is changed to completed and saved, data should move to existing properties in the fact-find and be removed from new mortgages section.

  6. Dedicated 'Portfolio' screen easily displaying each property the client owns + linking the respective mortgages. Many BTL lenders want this!

    These days if you write BTL business you are stuck having to complete each lenders individual BTL Portfolio documents. A huge amount of our business is BTL (inc. Limited Company - please add this ASAP!!) so if you cannot quickly, and simply, display a client's portfolio and browse details on the properties and their respective mortgages for easy access it turns in to a nightmare of menu changes. Similar to the Cases screen it shouldn't be hard to make a Portfolio list, then you can click on one to expand a drop-down displaying all the key Property information, and all…

    add 'expected rent' box for properties in existing properties section. this is necessary for properties that will be let in future
