Dedicated 'Portfolio' screen easily displaying each property the client owns + linking the respective mortgages. Many BTL lenders want this!
These days if you write BTL business you are stuck having to complete each lenders individual BTL Portfolio documents. A huge amount of our business is BTL (inc. Limited Company - please add this ASAP!!) so if you cannot quickly, and simply, display a client's portfolio and browse details on the properties and their respective mortgages for easy access it turns in to a nightmare of menu changes. Similar to the Cases screen it shouldn't be hard to make a Portfolio list, then you can click on one to expand a drop-down displaying all the key Property information, and all the key Mortgage information.

The new Existing Properties screen was released with 1.8 changes. Please let me know your feedback.
