  1. Sourcing by Cheapest Overall product

    Mortgages must now always be sourced by the cheapest overall cost (including arrangement fees) over the initial tie in period (FCA requirement). This should be done automatically

  3. Pull Through both applicants to Ignite when sourcing

    When sourcing via the integration into ignite it only pulls through applicant 1, you then have to manually key app 2 to generate illustration. Make the integration more streamlined to remove manual re-keying of data.

  4. Ignite update APIS for more information to pull back into the mortgages

    Ignite should pull back more information into the mortgages to reduce duplication. These extra field are below:
    - ERC penalty date
    -Arrangement fee
    -Arrangement Fee Option of payment
    -Product Incentives ( Free legals, free Val, Cash back)
