Smartr document store currently has an Expiry date tab for each document that is uploaded, which is great but majority of the time is missed if an advisor/administrator has a big pipeline and there is one important document that will have a negative impact on processing if the expiry date is missed, this is the mortgage offer document. The idea would be to implement a reminder function, about 1 month before a document expires, that gets sent to the advisors/administrators email, this will leave enough time to ensure that the document gets renewed/extended or appropriate action is taken well in advance.
