Apologies, there is a bug related to this behaviour. We are solving it now however if you refresh the page, the address will be updated in the Fact Find.

Hi all, inviting discussion here... If we introduce a change to let you choose which sections of the FactFind the client has to complete, will this solution meet your requirement?

Hi Malcolm, thanks for raising this. I understand you make changes to the Mortgages list, would the Lender list be the same for credit commitments? This would be an easier change to update both at the same time and would be less likely lead to manual error and lender names not matching the back-end.

Hi all,
If you are a Sesame Network user using Document Templates, you can now choose whether to produce a Suitability report as a Word doc or PDF. We have added an additional Finalise as Word Doc button. If selected, you'll be asked to confirm you want to finalise the document as Word and will save it in the Document Store.
