The previous export spreadsheet provided useful information for all live cases including status, follow up dates and lenders.
The "new" export spreadsheet only provides client details, it gives 4 separate fields out of the limited 20 for name!!!!!!!
I have spent over 4 hours on live chat and still have no idea how to run a report for ALL live cases on one report which provides status and lender and followup details. This was available until the most recent update.
