  1. Smartr Connect Tiles

    It is confusing to remember what connectivity the different lenders offer via smartr connect and given that the presentation of the lenders on the system is via tiles with their logos on the system, it would be helpful to be able to hover over the lenders logo for it to reveal what is accepted, eg FTB only, employed only, remortgage only etc etc. It is very frustrating to go through the steps to send an application only to get to the end of the initial questions to be told that the lender will not accept these enquiries, but to be…

  3. In smartr we include all names- including middle names. I understand that when we do a dip/app from smartrconnect- it does not pull through

    In smartr we include all names- including middle names. I understand that when we do a dip/app from smartrconnect- it does not pull through the clients middle names to the lender application. This causes an issue in that we then have top do an amendment as sols need the offer to show all the clients names
