  1. Being able to attach documents that are saved into the document store to an email that goes to the client.
    This is because not all users will have access to the portal, but otherwise I have to hunt for those docs, if I could attach the ones already saved in the doc store this would help.

  3. we send out emails confiming 'Mortgage offer Issued' but then have to send out another one with the actual offer attached, it would be great to be able to attach the document to this email direct from the portal and customise the email sent to the client .Same with the suitability report, to be able to email it direct and have a log showing the client recieved it for compliance purposes

  4. Adding in the ability to schedule invitations or emails to clients, this way we can work outside of business hours but the clients will receive these invitations or emails at our s=chosen times.

  5. Add back in the time stamp on the notes , that 'The time to Remortgage ' email went out.

    This allows the team to be certain it has gone to the client.

  7. If a client responds to an email we have to go into History and check which is impractical and they can be missed. Any incoming emails should generate a notification so we can see the email and respond/act immediately.

  8. As the PT window has shortened, we feel flexibility should be given to firms to change the settings to pre populate the remortgage contact date to what works best for them rather than manually changing each case.

    Clients being prompted at 6 months prior we personally feel is too soon when some PTs cant be reviewed until 3-4 months before.

  10. It would be nice to be able to bring up the email function with one click from anywhere within the case and use pre populate templates. Rather then have to go back to cases to get the email button.
