email documents direct from smartr
we send out emails confiming 'Mortgage offer Issued' but then have to send out another one with the actual offer attached, it would be great to be able to attach the document to this email direct from the portal and customise the email sent to the client .Same with the suitability report, to be able to email it direct and have a log showing the client recieved it for compliance purposes

Flexibility around 'Time to Remortgage' Emails
As the PT window has shortened, we feel flexibility should be given to firms to change the settings to pre populate the remortgage contact date to what works best for them rather than manually changing each case.
Clients being prompted at 6 months prior we personally feel is too soon when some PTs cant be reviewed until 3-4 months before.

Having an open rate on emails sent from within Smartr365
Having an open rate on emails sent from within Smartr365. This way we can understand if a client has seen our time to remortgage email

Add back in the time stamp on the notes , that 'The time to Remortgage ' email went out.

Have an email button always available from any part of the case
It would be nice to be able to bring up the email function with one click from anywhere within the case and use pre populate templates. Rather then have to go back to cases to get the email button.
