  2. we send out emails confiming 'Mortgage offer Issued' but then have to send out another one with the actual offer attached, it would be great to be able to attach the document to this email direct from the portal and customise the email sent to the client .Same with the suitability report, to be able to email it direct and have a log showing the client recieved it for compliance purposes

  4. As the PT window has shortened, we feel flexibility should be given to firms to change the settings to pre populate the remortgage contact date to what works best for them rather than manually changing each case.

    Clients being prompted at 6 months prior we personally feel is too soon when some PTs cant be reviewed until 3-4 months before.
