  2. All the fonts in the populated email are different which looks very unprofessional. Even when i change the font via selecting all it only changes the text, not the pre populated tokens. We need consistency for these.

Schedule documents/notes/messages for example fact finds, case updates etc. I tend to work quite late in the evening when my baby is sleeping and I don’t want to send out any communication outside office hours. The system doesn’t allow us to schedule this which means I am restricted to working 9am – 5pm.

  7. Adding in the ability to schedule invitations or emails to clients, this way we can work outside of business hours but the clients will receive these invitations or emails at our s=chosen times.

  9. It would be fantastic if we could have the choice to choose another email template (mailchimp ones) from the automated/ pre populated. So having the drop down menu to choose another email, as if they make their own pre offer email, it is more work to go to cases to email that , where if we had the drop down it would make it a lot easier!

  10. For the emails sent out via the platform, it would be good if the subject lines included the brokerage name, so clients who receive the emails are aware of who it is coming from.

  12. Trying to send an email to two clients on a case with different names is slow as you have to search for them both separately on the cases view.

    We need to be able to select both clients whilst in the case summary and choose a template or compose a case note if required.

    It should be possible to send emails to more than just the clients through the system i.e. solicitors, estate agents and even for admin to email or cc the adviser into an email.

    Should have the ability to cc other parties (where relevant) onto email sent…

  15. Currently if an admin sends an email about a case, such as a case note, the reply email is taken from the logged in user, i.e. the admin.

    This ticket would allow brokerages to default this to always be the adviser on the case, no matter who the user is who clicked send.
