Having a company branded email address as the Time to Remortgage email that goes to clients , rather than systems@smartr365.com
our Director of Technology for KFH group and has raised a pretty valid point about the likelihood of clients who receive the auto-generated Time to Remortgage email which comes through from
system@smartr365.com
believing it may be a spam email and therefore deleting it without realising its genuinely from us. Tom has suggested that we may be able to ‘mask’ the email with a KFH one in Smartr. Are you able to confirm if that is actually possible and how we might go about doing it. I’m sure that it would require some discussion between your developers and our own IT team and I’d need to understand the impact i.e. would it relate to ALL emails generated through Smartr or just the Time to Remortgage ones? Would it need to be the same generic email address on all or could it be adviser specific etc.
