   I'm with Fred on this, the headline suggestion would be ideal and should be able to be bespoke for each firm.

   The detail added to the suggestion doesn't seem to actually match the headline.

   It should also be possible to send an email to joint applicants together i.e. one email which is sent to both applicants at the same time rather than a duplicate of the same email being sent to them individually. This is restrictive and actually looks really unprofessional, as if we didn't realise they were buying together and sent the email as an afterthought to the second applicant!

   It should be possible to send emails to more than just the clients through the system i.e. solicitors, estate agents and even for admin to email or cc the adviser into an email.

   We've been able to do this by setting up a Mailchimp account, it works really well.

   This would be great, to keep all email communication to and from clients on their case in the system.

   Should have the ability to cc other parties (where relevant) onto email sent through the Smartr system i.e. solicitors, brokers, sales negotiator.
