Make the dashboard more flexible by allowing each individual adviser the ability to create their own dashboard by having many many more single box options, this could be things like the last 5 clients cases visited or the top 5 referrers or choose which if the calculators to show (the ones clients see on their dashboards ) or the business written this month/year. Essentially giving each adviser the information they want to see. This requires the ability to add/delete boxes of information to be displayed on an adhoc basis and the dashboard can be as big or small as an…

  5. On the dashboard, on the drop down options as well as Last 31 days or 90, would be good to see this month to date, last month to date and Year to Date.

  6. The "This Month's Remortgages Contact Opportunites" in the Dashboard to have a filter by adviser option. This means that you can track workflow individually as well as a business.

  7. Could it be useful if on the summary page, there is a100% progress wheel showing how much of the Fact Find is completed? This would give us a quick visual indication of how much the client still needs to complete, or indeed if they have even started.

  8. on the dashboard we have the clients basic info, which is great. but i was looking to see next to the clients date of birth on the dashboard, is it possible that we can add their age in there so it easier to see from the dashboard and not needed to go into the fact find. example as 01/01/1970 - (54)

  9. I need to know how many many new enquiries progress to completion. At the moment I do not know what % of my new leads complete!! 'My conversion rates' does NOT give you this information
