    Being able to have notes attached to client rather than cases

    Give option to Make Tasks & Notes visible across all customer record and not specifically just 1 case

  2. Increase character limit for the notes

    Sometimes we have to copy and paste a large amount of text, having a large character limit woudl help this please!

  3. Identify who the note is for: client, solicitor, lender without having to scroll through the whole list

    It's time consuming identifying case notes having to scroll through them all to find a previous case note.
