  1. Task Due Notifications

    With regards to tasks we could do with something that pops up that a task due, some kind of notification so its not missed. Maybe the system could send an email reminder or the like

  2. To have the ability to show only today and overdue tasks rather than your whole calender on the screen

    Have the choice to only show todays tasks and anything overdue rather than everything in the calendar

  4. Tasks to show which Adviser the case is for on the task page when due - helpful for Admin.

    Admin use the tasks page daily when chasing cases, at the moment it doesn't show which Adviser the case is for on the page without having to go into each case. It would be helpful to show who's case it is when we're checking a lenders portal for an update, that way we can see if its for the same Adviser without having to manually go into each case.

    Please can you add the date added to the task screen. It will highlight to the adviser / task owner which ones are overdue & by how long.

    It would also help if we could highlight a task or change the colour of it for urgent ones that have a sensitive timeframe.
