New Leads From QR Codes need to have a notification
When someone scans the QR codes and they fill in the 6 questions to be submitted to the advisor to qualify the client before they are added into the Kanban. There is no notification to let the advisor know. Needs to be an email or wee red dot next to leads when there is a new lead in Smartr365.

Either via email to case handler / admin, or via a dedicated alert within Smartr specifically for new leads / referrals.
As it stands currently, all leads come through in the 'cases' list amongst all the other cases and the associated notifications are lost within the 100's of notifications that come through for other things.

• There was an email notification when leads are referred, sometimes if the system has logged out and we didn’t realise it can leave leads sat there for far longer than I am happy with

As new leads arrive into the platform a more obvious notification method is required over and above the small red dot that appears on the notification bell. A combined pop up, sound and push/email notification would improve knowing exactly when a new lead has come in and cases can be worked on immediately. This is particularly important for leads via introducers/Homebuyer app.
