Client status email notifications
Not a major issue however, the FF asks what the client would like to be known as i.e. Thomas Jones, prefers to be known as Tom. Then when the notification emails are sent it uses the full name (Thomas).
This make the email less personal.

I agree with Andy that this issue makes the communications from S365 less personal and it is worse when the client doesn't use their first name which the system defaults to use.
