Remortgage an unencumbered property
Dear Team,
Could you please design your system is a way that it won't ask unrelated questions:
I am working on a mortgage case where the property is mortgage free and we are raising equity. When I select at the mortgage section that it is a remortgage, the system assumes that the client has a mortgage already and asking me to put a figure in when I am submitting the ENBS otherwise leaving this blank it won't let me submit the ENBS.
I think the best solution would be to create an option as Remortgage-unencumbered property to raise capital so…3 votes -
New cases - too easy to lose data input
Stop the way, that if you click anywhere outside the data entry screen when inputing new clients/cases you lose everything and you have to start again. It should stay open and have a next or cancel button.

Only send renewal emails on cases that are at remortgage status.
Only send renewal emails on cases that are at remortgage status. We do have remortgage cases where the clients contact us prior to the renewal email going out. If we then change the status of the case from remortgage to something else,this indicates that we are already dealing. The system should look at the case status, as well as the remortgage contact date.

Solar panel questions in factfind
Solar panel questions are coming up more regularly now when seeking lenders, it would be ideal to have a couple of questions on solar panels in the property section of the factfind, e.g Does your home have solar panels, if yes are they leased or owned, are they certified etc

Property Portfolio
On the existing properties page, I would like to see a summary of the portfolio without having to click into each property individually. When submitting any case where the applicants own more than 1 property we are required to provide details of the portfolio i.e mortgage balances outstanding, value of the properties, mortgage liabilities and rental income. So being able to see all of those figures, and a total at the bottom of the screen would significantly increase the time it takes me to submit cases.

Emails sent by system to show in notes tab like they used to be.
Bring back the note to confirm what emails have been sent automatically but the system. I chased helpdesk to see where they had gone and received this back .
From speaking with my team, they mentioned that the time to remortgage emails trail may have previously appeared in the notes section but this has not been the case for several months now. Currently on the system there is nowhere where we store a trace of the time to remortgage email that gets sent out, the best (and only current) way to track this would be by checking your own email…

Solicitor details on Summary page
For a Mortgage - please display the solicitor details on the case summary page. This would save the administrator having to go into the case to find the details when chasing mortgage cases. Thank you
