Ability to change the Pre-Set Remortgage Contact Dates
Introduce the ability for advisors to customise the pre-set remortgage contact dates. This feature would allow advisors to set a preferred timeframe for all remortgage contact dates relative to the remortgage date.
By enabling this customisation, aim is to reduce the need for manual adjustments, currently set to 6 months, streamlining the process for advisors.

Allow solicitor details to be editable by super users
Allow all fields within Solicitors section to be fully editable by firm superusers to allow changes to be made such as correcting mistakes, or when solicitors move from one firm to another, change their names, numbers, office locations, email addresses etc. Currently far too restrictive and lacks ability to deal with real-life requirements

Add Completion Date to Case List Client account
Would it be possible to add the Completion date to the list of categories shown in the case list/drop down bar at the top of the Case summary screen. This would be helpful when you have clients with multiple cases live and historic. It would make it a lot clearer.

Search via lender ref, mortgage a/c no and address
Hello,
I think it would be a good idea to be able to case search via lender ref, mortgage a/c no and address. We get updates from lenders and solicitors in various different ways including this and it would help find the case quicker and more efficiently.
When looking for cases when the commission has not been able to be released it would be much easier to search for the correct case to match it with this way too.

EPC
In the new mortgage leads, property section, there should be a question about the EPC rating for the property as this is becoming increasingly relevant when sourcing deals.

Residential Address Fact Find
When a residential mortgage completes, it now gives you the option to update the clients address to the new property, but this only updates the address on the summary page and not in the Fact Find. It would be useful if this was pulled through to the Fact Find.

Employer benefits within the protection section
Employer benefits within the protection section as existing policy. When using the Protection tab/section currently there is no field for adding employer benefits such as death in service or sick pay. There is a section to add this in the client fact find under income however it would be useful if this could be synchronised to a new field under existing policies in the protection section so one can have an overview of client’s total existing cover all in one place.

fixed term contract questions
fixed term contract questions - these ask how long, rather than when, which is not helpful as 'how long' will change each month and the Fact find will therefore be incorrect a month after it was completed.
It would be better to ask what date previous and current contract started and ended/is due to end, as those dates won't change.3 votes -
