  3. DigIdentity integration should offer the option for the brokerage to pay - The cost is fine, and is currently being deducted from invoice, but this doesn't work for Product Transfers and can't be recorded on KFI.

  5. The Child Care costs currently sit in 'Credit Commitments'. As they're not a credit commitment they should be a free text box labeled Child Care Costs within the outgoings section of the FF.
    The field shown in credit commitments is Childcare, which is a budgetary tool and isn't binding or legally committed, it may be in addition to or independent of a child maintenance arrangement.

Having the ability to send a notification from the app by tick a box when making a note for a client to see, so the notification can go as a email and include as a notification to the App. I believe this would boost client retention and speed of the journey as most people do not check their emails daily, but they do check their phone.

  8. it would be good to get the 2 factor authentication to use the Microsoft Authenticator app (instead of sending a text message or receive a call), as when we travel out of the UK and want to log back into the system to check things, we need to receive text messages abroad and pay roaming charges; thanks for Brexit it's now a cost, not a lot of money but annoying that we need to pay to log into a system to keep an eye on things

  11. Reduced Fact find for non-regulated mortgages , as we don't need all the extra info . Would be great to have them greyed out or choose what we ask the client so they aren't filling in information we don't need.

  13. Mailchimp templates should be more accessible throughout the platform, instead of only from the Cases page. The option to send an email could be added next to Notes and Tasks, with Mailchimp templates available to send personalised emails to clients easier.

  15. We need a box for each applicant for Tenants in Common so that we can reflect the individual % ownership. Currently only 1 box opens when selected and this doesn't allow you to enter separate details
