At the moment any dates you put into Smartr don't generate a task or something to do - ideally you want a proactive reminder to pop-up or synch with your email / diary system to remember to do something.

For example, a chase up with a Lender on a future date won't flag up to be completed on that date, it will just sit in the Kanban / Smartr.

A true CRM will tell us what is needed, as well was we tell it what needs to be done.
