An error occurred while saving the comment Justin Moy commentedI do find the current Smart Email templates to look odd - sometimes our logo is huge on an email, the email signatures have an array of font sizes that don't mix particularly well, and natural spacing of information doesn't exist. I am supportive of using automated emails to inform clients about stages of the journey, but they don't look like professional emails at the moment. This has been mentioned a few times but we don't seem to be doing a lot with this?

An error occurred while saving the comment Justin Moy commentedAt the moment any dates you put into Smartr don't generate a task or something to do - ideally you want a proactive reminder to pop-up or synch with your email / diary system to remember to do something.
For example, a chase up with a Lender on a future date won't flag up to be completed on that date, it will just sit in the Kanban / Smartr.
A true CRM will tell us what is needed, as well was we tell it what needs to be done.

I find clients complete the expenses box for credit commitments, rather than the individual Commitments information on the Fact Find - the latter should feed into the former automatically, not left for free format.
Many times Have had to go back and get this information from clients, who tell me they have entered it!
