  6. Hello. we have been facing an ongoing issue accessing clients' dated acknowledgement documents wherein they have acknowledged the documents as i can see in the notifications.
    this is a known error to Smartr and I have been contacted by Dayan re this but i am still waiting to hear any resolution or any communication for that matter. this is infuriating as this is affecting our business and increasing our workload and creating a backlog!
    there should be a way to communicate with the support team via a phone call

  7. For example. I want to schedule an email at pre offer that says XX and is sent 7 days after the status has been updated.
    It would be greta if these emails came from my email address and not the systems automated emails too!

    Trust you are well.
    Client made a suggestion – After they fill in their fact find and it says fact find complete….can there not be a screen before to say upload supporting documents or a prompt asking them to upload documents – How easy or hard will it be to implement this?
    Several clients fill in the fact find and do not upload documents even though I send them the video showing how to upload documents, which has helped.
    Anyway you can make this more idiot proof?....see below from a client..

  11. Please can we remove the feature on the address history section where it makes you put the date they moved into their current property, this is not needed and we often find we are needing to put a random date just to be able to save their current address.

  13. Why have you changed the order of documents again, within the Folders in the Document store? I personally find in much easier if documents are displayed with the most current at the bottom rather than some random order where you have to search for the document you just uploaded!

  17. The fact find asks what the Applicants are knows as, yet, when automated messages are sent by the system, that name is not used. Many people choose not to use their first names so why can't the system address them by the name they prefer?

  20. Add Solicitor details to the summary page , and manage columns, this would help when we need to chase the solicitor, which means you can just call them rather than have to edit the mortgage.
