  5. Would be wonderful to have an ability to amend Suitability Report after it was finalised.

    Sometimes we make some accidental mistakes on the Suitability Report or mortgage details change after the application was reviewed by underwriters so we need to change only a few details and in order to do that now we have to generate totally new report. It consumes a lot of time.

  6. Enable us to edit spacing on suitability reports

    Please can you change the suitability report template so that we can edit the spacing to single line spacing. I have to edit mine loads once it downloads and i open in word. The template doesn't allow for editing of spacing in paragraphs.

  8. replicate The Key's report generator

    i suggest looking at The Key and how the suitability report generator report works and replicate it, anything is better than this.
    You need more tokens that are for mortgages - which includes the simple things like adding fees, deposits, loan parts and if protection advice was taken/declined.

    I actually do not use this as it is not fit for purpose and use my own template..

  10. To be able to move the boxes on the Suitability Report

    The ability to move the boxes on the page once it has been completed and saved as a PDF. Sometimes the spaces between the text boxes need adjusting but as they are fixed it makes it impossible to amend. This makes the letter seem very unprofessional to send to clients.

  11. Cut the BS!

    Please stop describing building societies as BS (e.g. Nationwide BS or Leeds BS).... it doesn’t look very good on a suitability letter
