This whole area needs an overhaul. The tokens are cumbersome to say the least and creates more problems. Keep it simple and just take the products sold with an open text box for the recommendation. The formatting is poor and does not look professional. We should able to email the letter without having to fix it all up beforehand.

More flexibility for the suitability templates. At the moment I need to create a separate one for single life, joint life, for each product type! Just allow tokens to be deselected at preview without printing them.
